USA SIPS drywall clad panels are high quality foam core panels suitable for many residential and commercial building applications. They are one-piece components that can be used in walls and roofs of timber frame, post and beam or log construction. Each panel is made of an Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) core bonded between an outer layer of rugged Oriented Strand Board (OSB) and an inner layer of drywall.

Notes:
Refer to USA SIPS Installation Manual for specific installation instructions. Spline channels are pre-routed where required. Rakes, eaves and rough openings can be factory-cut. Wire chases (vertical and horizontal) are available on request.
