The oriented strand board skins on USA SIPS structural panels are exterior rated Exposure I by the American Plywood Association (APA). Exterior phenolic resin permits the panels to be used with normal construction delays.

The wood used to face USA SIPS panels is solid, 3/4-inch tongue and groove Pine or Cedar, hand-matched to ensure a beautiful finish and continuously laminated to the surface of the Insuldeck panel. The surface is ready for finishing.

Notes:
Refer to USA SIPS Installation Manual for specific installation instructions. Spline channels are pre-routed where required. Rakes, eaves and rough openings can be factory-cut. Wire chases (vertical and horizontal) are available on request.
