The oriented strand board outer skin on USA SIPS panels is exterior rated Exposure I by the American Plywood Association (APA). Exterior phenolic resin permits the panels to be used with normal construction delays.

The interior skins are 1/2" drywall, continuously bonded to the EPS core. The surface is ready for taping, sanding and painting.

Notes:
Refer to USA SIPS Installation Manual for specific installation instructions. Spline channels are pre-routed where required. Rakes, eaves and rough openings can be factory-cut. Wire chases (vertical and horizontal) are available on request.
